Welcome Jocelyn Carman as the new program coordinator II of Employer Development & Relations (EDR). In her role, Jocelyn will coordinate key employer-related programs, support implementation, and reporting efforts, and contribute to strengthening employer engagement strategies that align with UCS鈥檚 mission and goals.

In this role, Jocelyn will help coordinate key programs, support strategic implementation efforts, assist with reporting, and play a vital role in strengthening employer engagement. "She brings strong organizational skills, along with expertise in strategic outreach, marketing, and communication鈥攁ssets that will serve us well as we expand partnerships and create new opportunities for UH students.鈥 鈥 Monica D. Jocelyn CarmanJocelyn brings valuable experience in project management and human resources to her new position. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Communication from Utah Valley University (UVU). While at UVU, Jocelyn worked at an on-campus marketing firm where she helped businesses recognize the value of hiring student talent鈥攁n experience that sparked her passion for connecting employers with emerging professionals.

With a strong foundation in marketing and communications, Jocelyn approaches her work with a strategic, relationship-driven mindset. She is committed to empowering students, enhancing their career readiness, and building meaningful partnerships with employers that expand opportunities for the UH community.
